1 General Terms

wonbd is an online gaming and cricket betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the wonbd platform and all of its services.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts and associated balances may be confiscated.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance. If any information needs to be updated, the customer service team must be notified directly.

3 Account Security

It is solely your responsibility to keep your wonbd account password and login details completely confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.

• Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Change your password regularly.
• Exercise caution when logging in from an unfamiliar device.

wonbd will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wonbd currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Direct mobile wallet transfer
• Nagad — Postal department mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile service

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

wonbd generally completes withdrawals within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing times may vary due to verification procedures, technical maintenance, or other reasons.

4.4 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or charges. wonbd does not charge any additional fees on transactions, though the payment provider may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wonbd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and only once per eligible account.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• wonbd may limit the bonus bet contribution for specific game categories.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that offer's page.

5.4 VIP Program

wonbd maintains three VIP tiers: Bronze with a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver with a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%, and Gold with a maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%. Promotion to a higher tier is possible through regular and active gaming. wonbd reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on wonbd operate on a secure and reliable platform. We use SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is neutral and unbiased.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may be set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. wonbd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, network problem, or server outage, wonbd reserves the right to make a reasonable decision in that situation. wonbd will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors.

Betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi is available on wonbd. All markets, odds, and results will be determined according to the final decision of wonbd's authority. wonbd reserves the right to void any bet linked to match-fixing or other dishonest activity.

• Natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Problems with the user's own device or software.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account credentials by another party.

In the event of any dispute or claim, wonbd's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the original deposit held in the user's account. wonbd is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

wonbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Detection of bonus abuse.
• Compliance with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our customer service team. Please withdraw any existing balance before closing your account — applicable balances will be returned subject to compliance with the terms.
